The location is a significant advantage, with easy access to the station, cafes, and the arena-all within a short walk. The staff exhibited friendliness, always ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant experience. A noteworthy aspect was the amenities desk in the foyer, reducing waste and allowing guests to choose what they needed, whether it be toiletries or an electric kettle. Shin-Yokohama stands out for its location and service but offers essential amenities that justify the expense for a short stay. For ocean-loving travelers like myself, this hotel presents a wise choice for both convenience and value in vibrant Yokohama.
